2. Services
Code Guardian B.V. provides digital services including but not limited to custom web development, e-commerce solutions, mobile application development, API integration, UI/UX design, and website maintenance. All services are delivered digitally; no physical products are involved.
3. Orders & Payment
Upon submitting an order through our website, you will be contacted by our team via email to confirm the scope of work, timeline, and payment arrangements. No payment is processed automatically. All payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before work commences.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the deliverables produced specifically for their project. Code Guardian B.V. retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and tools used in the development process.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This obligation continues for two years after project completion.
6. Limitation of Liability
Code Guardian B.V.'s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
8. Changes to Terms
Code Guardian B.V. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
